if americans can buy kias and hyundais, i want to see folks in south korea driving fords and chevies and chryslers. i want to see more products sold around the world stamped with the three proud words, made it america. that's what we need to get done. and on all of our efforts to strengthen competitiveness, we need to look for ways to work side by side with america's businesses. that's why i brought together a jobs council, leaders from different industries, developing a wide range of new ideas to help companies grow and create new jobs. already we have mobilized business leaders to train engineers a year by providing company internships and training. we're going to make sure the next generation of manufacturing takes root not in china or europe, but right here in the united states of america.
